If you prefer to open a retail buyer account with us directly, please fill our online form or send an email to cecilia@ceciliassteel.com with the following information:
• Business name
• Business address
• Buyer name and contact information
• Website
• Resale tax ID number and state of issue (for locations within the United States)
• Businesses in California: California Resale Certificate
Please write “Retail Buyer Inquiry” in the subject line. We usually respond within 24 hours, and, once approved, you will receive information to place orders at your convenience.
By requesting to open a retail buyer account, you agree to the following terms:
• All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive retail buyer pricing, plus the cost of shipping.
• Minimum orders: initial: $100, $50 minimum thereafter.
• Turn around time is usually 1-8 weeks; we will contact within 24 hours of you placing an order with your estimated “ship by” date, as it depends on order size (all items are handcrafted in LA by artist Cecilia Taibo Rahban) and material in stock. Orders are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail 2-Day™ unless buyer specified otherwise. Shipping charges are billed separately.
• Payment is due at time of placing order.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 5 days of placement. Notification of order cancellation must be received in writing (by email) within 5 days of the order placement.
• Returns: All pieces are handcrafted and carefully inspected, but in the case that upon arrival, you find any items to be damaged or defective, please contact us at cecilia@ceciliassteel.com within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. We will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
• Retailers are not permitted to sell or post Cecilia’s Steel designs in any website or marketplace, including but not limited to deal, auction and discount sites, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, etc.
• Retailers are not permitted to display and/or sell Cecilia’s Steel designs whether on their premises or elsewhere, without attribution to Cecilia’s Steel as the creator.
• Photos on Cecilia’s Steel website: retailers are permitted to use only Cecilia’s Steel product photos, not photos of designs worn by models, as the latter belong to their respective copyright owners, not Cecilia’s Steel.
